Ashley received further attention when her character was chosen to play the roles of many bears in the Oscar-winning animated adventure comedy Ernest & Celestine which starred Forest Whitaker Lambert Wilson Pauline Brunner. The movie received fourteen of the 29 nominations it received, including the Oscar.
