Kim Victoria
Cattrall was born 21 August 1956. She is a British actress and Canadian actor.
She is most famous for her role as Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City
(1998-2004), for which she received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden
Globe Award nominations, winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting
Actress. In the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010),
she reprised the character. Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975) and then
went on to perform various roles in television. With films like Ticket To
Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), Hold-Up (85) and City Limits(85), Big
Trouble in Little China [86The Mannequin [86 Mannequin(also known as Mannequin
(1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in 1989 and The Return of the
Musketeers in 1989. In the following year, Cattrall became a household name.
Tribute (1980), Porky's (81) The Turk 182(85), and Baby Geniuses (999) were
only a few occasions she starred with Bob Clark. Her other credits include The
Bonfire of the Vanities (1990), Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country (1991),
Split Second (1992), Above Suspicion (1995) 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads
(2002), Ice Princess (2005), My Boy Jack (2007), The Ghost Writer (2010), and
Meet Monica Velour (2010).
