Charisma Carpenter
Charisma Carpenter, born on July 23rd, 1970 She is an American actor. Cordelia Chase played the role of Cordelia in Buffy the Vampire Slayer's supernatural series (1997-1999) and its spin-off series Angel (1999-04). She was also in Charmed (2004) as well as Kendall Casablanca's in Veronica Mars (2006). Rebecca Sewell was in The Lying Game (2012)-2013. Lacy was in The Expendables film franchise (2010)-2012. Carpenter was born in Las Vegas. Carpenter has Spanish, French, and German origin (from her maternal grandfather). Carpenter attended Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. She was also part of a song and dance troupe that performed in the Las Vegas Valley. Carpenter relocated with her family to Rosario Beach in Baja California, Mexico, at age 15. She was a student at Bonita Vista High School and Chula Vista School of the Creative and Performing Arts. After graduation, Carpenter traveled throughout Europe. Carpenter returned to San Diego in 1991 and worked as an aerobics teacher, a videostore clerk, as well as a property manager. She cheered for the San Diego Chargers football club in 1991. In 1992, she relocated to Los Angeles. She was swimming in San Diego with two male acquaintances when Henry Hubbard Jr., an ex-police officer from San Diego and serial rapist and a serial rapist, attacked them. During the struggle, both her friends and Hubbard were shot, causing Hubbard to flee from the scene. Both of them survived the attack. Hubbard was convicted and sentenced to a 56-year imprisonment for a series rapes and thefts. Carpenter took Hubbard his police-issue flashlight to the beach. He left it on the beach. This flashlight became an important piece of evidence against Hubbard.
