Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy, born on the 25th of November 1968, is a Canadian actress from Canada. She is best known for her role in the role of Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor in the television show Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the lead character on Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She has also acted in films like RoboCop 3 and Most Wanted as well as the indie film Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class The Acting Class, which she also wrote and co-directed. Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, John's father, was a marketing and meat sales and marketing executive. The position required a lot of travel , which meant the family was required to relocate frequently. Maxine, Maxine's mother passed away in the year 1982. She left her daughter in the care of Eleanor, her paternal grandmother. John Paul Hennessy Jr. is her younger brother. Jacqueline is her identical twin sister. She is a writer for a Canadian magazine and host. Hennessy is from Irish, French and Swedish origin, and has Ukrainian Roma and Austrian ancestry. She was educated at Stanley Park Senior Public School, was a graduate of Grand River Collegiate Institute in Kitchener, Ontario and busked in the Toronto subway. Hennessy was the younger sister of her brother who made their acting debut in 1988 when they were twin call-girls in the TV show Dead Ringers. She was not selected to play Dana Scully on The X-Files according to Gillian Anderson, the actress who ultimately got the role.She made an appearance in Broadway in the musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990.
